We hope you love your Blush jewellery. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange/return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase.
Returns
Simply fill out the returns form which came with your purchase(s) or download it here and return with your unworn/unused item(s) within 14 days of purchase, along with the original packaging.
We will only exchange products that have been unworn, in their original packaging and show no sign of misuse. For safe returns, we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another ‘signed for’ service.
Remember to keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Returns are done at your own cost, however if a product was sent in error or deemed by us as faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is important to us, which is why earrings are non-returnable.
Faulty Goods
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Blush Jewellery. We are happy to assist you with any problems you may have – please contact us via email at blushjewellerylondon@gmail.com before returning your item to us so that our team can advise you on the next steps for a refund or replacement.
Shipping
Delivery is set at a fixed cost of £10.00 for orders under £300.00 in value.
For orders over £300.00, we offer FREE shipping.
